A new Conference Edition Directory is being created by Lifetouch Church Directories and Portraits, and session sittings at this year's Session of the Upper New York Annual Conference are being scheduled online. During the Upper New York Annual Conference Session, May 31-June 2 at the OnCenter, Syracuse, clergy and laity will be photographed for the new directory.

The pre-conference booklet for the Third Session of the Upper New York Annual Conference of The United Methodist Church is now available for download from the Conference website.

As you may know the theme for this year’s Annual Conference Session is Planting God's Future in Hearts and Neighbors: Called to Till. In the spirit of that theme, the Annual Conference Worship Team is asking all clergy and lay members to bring a rock to the Session.

The Conference Worship Team has created worship resources for congregations to use in preparation for this year’s Annual Conference Session. As congregations prepare for the 2012 Session: “Planting God’s Future in Hearts, with Neighbors: Called to Till," the Worship Team has composed a call to worship, a unison prayer, a litany of preparation, reflection questions and an affirmation of faith.
